Remuneration Management
The remuneration for work-study programs shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard in Guangzhou and can be dynamically adjusted in accordance with policy changes. The remuneration for undergraduate students is 25 Yuan/Hour before tax, while for graduate students, it is 35 Yuan/Hour before tax. For fixed positions, remuneration is calculated on a monthly basis. For temporary positions,
remuneration is calculated on an hourly basis based on the actual working hours and is paid in a lump sum upon completion of the work.
