Position: Student Activities Assistant

Position Supervisor: Ms. Wang

 

Job Description: 

Three work shifts available:

A. 09:00a.m. - 13:00p.m.

B. 12:00 n.n. - 16:00 p.m.

C. 09:00a.m .- 16:00 p.m. (a break for lunch will be scheduled).

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participating in online training, managing the booth operations, distributing gifts, and maintain effective communication with other staff members.

 

1. Punctual Attendance for Training and Events: Must attend the online training on the evening of May 7th and the event on May 8th on time.

2. Communication Skills: Possess verbal interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with participants and team members.

3. Team Collaboration Spirit: Demonstrate a strong spirit of teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure the smooth execution of the event.

4. Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to respond flexibly to various situations in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective communication and collaboration with others.
