Job Description:
1.Counter duty work, phone consultation, recording/handling temporary visitor matters as required.
2.Issuing campus cards and registration for collection.
3.Responsible for collecting photos for student ID booklet, registration and stamping, and distribution.
4.Information registration, publication, and claiming of lost and found items.
5.Assisting with daily reception work for undergraduate admissions, such as hosting student parents, sharing study and living experiences on campus, and serving as campus guides.
6.Other tasks assigned by the center leader.
Job Requirements:
1.Current first-year and second-year students of the university must be available for at least two half-days from Monday to Friday.
2.Possess a high level of responsibility and enthusiasm for work, and actively and effectively complete assigned tasks.
3.Have a strong service orientation, able to promptly understand the needs of visitors and provide timely feedback or solutions.
4.Familiar with the university's undergraduate admission policies, passionate about admissions work, able to patiently answer questions from parents and applicants regarding admissions, and willing to actively share experiences during their time at school.
Able to propose improvement suggestions for the center's work in daily tasks, continually optimizing the service center's workflow.
