Position: "Study Buddy One-on-One Program" Little Tutor

Position Supervisor: Mr. Zhang

Job Description: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

1. Provide academic tutoring, support, and encouragement for students who are struggling with their studies;

2. Monitor students' academic progress and areas of weakness;

3. Observe students' learning styles and habits, offer targeted suggestions;

4. Collect common questions and share with other Little Tutors.

Position Requirements:

1. Have a sense of responsibility, patience, and a spirit of altruism, and be able to earnestly consider the needs of students who are 

struggling with their studies, carefully helping them solve problems.

2. Possess time management skills to balance the time and energy spent on studying and work-study programs.

3. Have good communication and expression abilities.

4. The service time of the Little Tutor can be decided in communication with the students being tutored,

 but shall follow the work-study requirements, which is no more than 8 hours per week, and no more than 40 hours per month.
