Position: Visitor Information Center Student Guide

Position Supervisor: Ms. Lu

Job Description: Mainly responsible for daily interpretation work of group visits to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Visitor Information Center, including interpretation activities for major events, inter-school exchanges, and visits.

Job Requirements:

1.Student guides should have good moral character and professional ethics, a strong service mindset, and a spirit of dedication.
2.Passion for interpretation work, standard Mandarin, clear articulation, loud and clear voice, grasp of basic reception etiquette, and strong language expression ability.
3.Strong sense of teamwork and organizational coordination, mastery of basic emergency handling, and ability to handle visitors' questions and concerns promptly in unexpected situations.
4.Possess a certain learning ability and adaptability, able to promptly grasp the latest exhibition content and interpretation skills at the center.
5.Multilingual interpretation is encouraged, with preference given to interpreters who can handle multiple languages (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, English, etc.)
6.Outgoing personality, steady and generous, warm and affable.
7.Adherence to the relevant management measures for the student guide team at the Visitor Information Center, and compliance with related task assignments and arrangements.
